Truly the most entertaining concert I have been to, KD was brilliant and the weather held off, devine intervention and a very pleasurable time had by my friends and myself. Thanks to Sandalford for the great venue, I have been to most Days on the Green over east and this was as good as I have ever been to. Thank you again .

What can you say - a great performance - so much energy, enthusiasm, a sensational voice to enjoy - a great night.  We were lucky with the weather - it could of course, have been better, but also could have rained.  Nevertheless, a great night and congratulations to everyone else involved.  KD Your voice is truly amazing and the band, fantastic

What can one say that has not already been said.....Thank you kd for enjoying it as much as we did.....you rocked our soul...i can still hear you singing. Siss Boom Bang....amazing.  Sandalford you most certainly rock..our seats were perfect. Thank you to the weather Angels for keeping the rain away and adding to a perfect night. Oh and wonderful opening performance as well.......

I buy myself a ticket to see a concert at Sandalford once a year as it's such a beautiful venue. I always have a great time but kd lang & The Siss Boom Bang on Saturday night was special. I knew it would be good but I was blown away seeing her live for the first time. My firnd & I didn't stop smiling the whole time  :-)   Come back again soon kd so I can bring more friends to see you. We love you kd.  xxx

First visit to the concert venue and certainly wasn't disappointed at any of the night, rain even stopped before singing began.

Have always enjoyed KD's CDs but to hear her sing live was fantastic, she is a beautiful soul and her voice is a great gift which she loves to share with her audience. The band was amazing and a great combination with KD, A memorable evening altogether.

 

WOW!!  Kd you rock my world girlfeind!!  And with an  awesome outfit like the Siss. Boom, Bang, they just totally get you. You guys are the perfect fit!!  Once angain Sandalford you guys rock as well. Everything was run soo smoothly. My only gripe is the price of the wine!!  But hey i am sure i'll cope!!  Kudos!!

That voice operates on the save wavelength as the smallest atoms in my body, I think!  She sings, and I vibrate!  Wow!!  As someone else said earler, "I knew she had a great voice, but not that good."  My wife and I agreed that she is the only female singer in the world who could charge whatever for a ticket, and we'd still go with it!  Thanks kd for bringing your joy, your warmth, your sensibility, and your astonishing talent to us in Perth. Come back soon - we're missin ya already!!!

So glad the weather held off so nothing could spoil a great evening.  Loved Shane Nicholson in support and KD of course was sublime.  Thanks Sandalford, have been to the venue many times and I think every time the management gets better.  The drive out was stress free with no long wait which I had expected - well done for that.

Great concert , truely great music and singing.  The venue just keeps better.  Very well organised from seating, getting in and out, traffic management, food, drinks....all so well organised.  Now if you could have just stopped the rain a touch earlier.....    ;)

First time seeing kd live although have been a fan for years. While there's no doubt the lady can sing it definitely doesn't rate as one of the best concerts I've been to. Both the support acts sounded great mix wise, kd came on and with an audible pop about two songs in the sound mix changed and not for the better. The mix didn't improve for the rest of the night and her vocals at times were quite quiet compared to the music. I think the only concert I've ever been to where I could say the vocals needed to be louder.  Still after all that, don't regret going to see her at all and will continue to be a fan. Weather held off and it turned into a beautiful clear night.

WOW!! I've seen kd many times over the past 15 years - in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, London and Brighton, UK. I have never been disappointed, and I certainly wasn't last night. What a talent, what a voice and what a venue. All Sandalford staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Thanks to all for a fantastic night!

Another wonderful night at Sandalford. kd was amazing as always and the rain stayed away which was really great. Would really love to see more Aussie talent at Sandalford also. 

Every time I see kd lang in concert I am transported to another level of musical enjoyment and history.  She is simply the best contemporary singer in the world.  Thank you  kd and may you make the journey to Perth over and over again. 

Well done Sandalford the traffic in and out of the venue was very well managed.

I travelled from Albany to see my first KD gig. The organisation was great, didn't have to queue for coffee, facilities were good, enjoyed support gigs, absolutely loved KD, I was moved to tears by her Halleluja, such a pure voice.  No  problems with traffic getting away, back in Woodvale by 10.

Kd made a quip about husbands being dragged along to see her. I did just that with mine but he loved every minute just as much as me. An enchanting experience in every way- atmosphere, weatherBarton,cameraderie, performance , entertainment, organisation. A big thankyou to the supervising staff members who noticed when the view from our seats became obscured and offered us alternative seating in the A block. It made our night. Worth every cent.

Absolutely stunning performance form a true star, her voice, her playfuless and her energy were amazing. Loved the support acts too. Didn't bring a picnic due to dodgy weather forcast and did have longish queue for food. Perhaps Sandalford could consider providing BBQ gourmet snags, roast beef rolls or something similar as they would likely be easier and quicker to deliver? My big question is how do you deal with a mob of people sitting behind you who talked constantly and loudly , took phone calls etc. and had bladders as large as pees judging by their constant toing and frowing! Very off putting particularly when we wanted to focus on that sublime voice.

This was a birthday gift from my son and daughter in law-my favourite singer I had never had the pleasure of seeing her live-She is brilliant a God given talent ,voice to die for and a great show woman as well -the new band are great -Most of the songs were new to me and that made no difference whatsoever -whatever she sings is just magnificent -over 45 years of attening concerts I have never seen one I enjoyed as much -her voice is better live than on her discs

the setting was great too ,no probs getting in or out FAbulous night

i feel privileged to have been in the presence of someone blessed with the most amazing voice.  I knew she was, just not that good.

My husband and I had a fabulous time last night at the KD Lang concert. We had tickets in the Gold Seated area and the view was awesome. We drove from the Joondalup area and had no problems at all getting in or out of the venue. We look forward to going to another concert at the beautiful sandalford estate soon.

Amazing... that voice gives you goose bumps!!  love the crazy dancing and teasing of the crowd - a great performer! 4th time we have seen you in Perth and have loved every performance.  We went the VIP package, and Sandalford you put on a fantastic event - there was plenty of food and drink and the service was top notch - we have no complaints at all - was very easy to get in and out of  the venue.  We will be back and hope k.d. is too... thanks for a great afternoonevening - well done to all involved..

Exactly one year ago it was at my father's funeral were we played k.d.lang's version of Halleluja. Finding myself at her live concert a year after the funeral and hearing this song amzaingly presented by her - how powerful. The concert was a journey and its variety was incredible. Thank you so much for bringing k.d.lang and the siss boom bang to Sandalford. There is no better place in Perth to go to and watch a concert.

This concert was sensational. It is the very first time I have seen k.d. Lang live and I really really hope it won't be the last. Siss Boom Bang and k.d. Lang are made for each other...... and  they compliment each other to perfection. Thank you Sandalford for an amazing venue and a magical evening to remember  :)

A professional lady who gives all to her music and audience.  Most respectful to all genders and no one but no one can sing Hallelujah like this lady.  I mostly loved her poetic verbatum on the reason why of the delivery of her music to us.  Such a heartfelt comment as her music is.  Thank you kd Lang

what an amazing voice .... kd and the siss boom bang enjoyed themselves giving the audience an incredible concert experience .... no words can describe how great her voice is .... also enjoyed the supporting acts

This was a surprise anniversary present for my husband...he didn't know until we got there & it was the best present I could ever have given him.  It was such an amazing night.  We saw kd about 15 years ago & this was our first time at The Sandalford.  Brilliant venue...absolutely no trouble getting in or out (took us about 10 minutes each!)  kd lang has a voice like no other.  We didn't know some of the new stuff, but we didn't care.  Her voice is so beautiful, we could listen to her sing anything.  She seemed to be having a ball as well, which was great to watch.  A truly amazing performer who gave us a truly amazing night to remember.  Thanks kd...we love you!!! xx

.....Fantastic concert.    First time we have seen k d lang in concert.  What a voice, she is just amazing and had the audience in the palm of her hand.  Sandalford, you did a great job and even though you couldn't stop the rain, no-one's spirits were dampened.   A word of thanks too for the support acts -  they were trememdous.  Thank you, we will be return rain or shine.

To date this was the greatest vocal concert yet the ladt was truly brilliant and the stunning setting finished off an unforgerable evening

 

What a show!! With the rain looming and the concert time getting closer, was I clothed appropriately. Who cares, I was here to see kd lang for the first time and she was brilliant! I had her new CD in the car so I knew her new songs pretty much from start to finish. 'Constant Craving' was given the Siss Boom Bang treatment which was refreshing. Her early 'Reclines' era came out for the encore. If you're a fan, regardless if it was a classic or a new, lesser known one, we were there to see one of the world's greatest female vocalists. 

What an AWESOME concert!!! k.d. was Amazing and you could really feel the energy and gel with her Phenomenal band!!! She looked like she had a ball dancing away throughout the entire set.... U Go Girl!!! Both my Mum and I Completely LOVED IT!!!  Amazing range, tone and vocal diversity from an Absolutely Amazingly Talented Woman... Thank you for a wonderful cocert. Well organused witb easy access to food toilet. Entry etc. KD was fantastic , she really seemed to enjoy herself and her smile , energy, humour came through, but to surpas all of that was her voice, just touched my soul. Thanks.

The voice of an angel eminating from a mischievious nymph. The weather may have been dreary but kd certainly shone like the sun - as always. 

The best concert. No one sings like kd - with so much heart & soul. Absolutely loved it. THANK YOU KD & Sandalwood
